Personal Training Agreement
Congratulations on your decision to participate in our exercise programme! With the help of your personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer & with maximum benefits. The details of these training sessions can be used for a lifetime. In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow programme guidelines during supervised and (if applicable) unsupervised training days. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are equally important.
Terms & Conditions
Health Screening Policy
· All clients must complete a ‘client record form’ prior to commencing their programme via our sign-up link that will be sent to you.
· Clients must declare all health issues, restrictions & injuries prior to each session.
· All trainers have the right to refer clients to a medical professional should they feel the client requires further medical assistance.
· In such case, the client is required to provide a letter of ‘medical clearance’.
· All trainers have the right to decline a client on the basis none of these steps are agreed, completed or have a medical issue preventing them from exercise.
Re-scheduling & Cancellation Policy
· Sessions may be re-scheduled if notice of at least 24 hours has been given at no extra charge, however this may be subject to availability.
· Re-scheduled or cancellation requests made at less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full payment of the session fee.
· Any authorised re-scheduled session must be completed within the same calendar month. If this is not possible, a further 4-week period will be added to complete the session.
· Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time.
· If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or subsequent sessions.
Fee Charging & Refund Policy
· Bookings must be agreed and paid in full, at least 1 month in advance.
· We only accept payment via direct debit or bank transfer. We require clients to set this up prior to commencing their programmes.
· Your direct debit may be cancelled or paused at any time, and any outstanding sessions must be completed.
· No sessions may be carried over if you decide to cancel or pause payment.
· No refunds or part refunds will be issued once the session has taken place.
· Refunds are permitted if your medical status changes and you are told that you are not medically fit to continue your plan. After which, a letter of proof etc will need to be provided.
